Pihr's purpose is to make the workplace more equal through technology and as our first UI/UX-designer you will be at the center of this effort. Working with equality is big thing and we want our customers to have a smooth ride to a more equal pay structure.
What you'll be doing
We know we're asking for a lot but we are a growing organization with our eyes set on an international market and we have to start somewhere. As a UI/UX-designer at Pihr you will participate in the whole product desigen lifecycle. You will meet with customers to understand their needs, you will talk to our internal pay equality experts to understand the rules and regulations that governs pay equality on different markets. You will talk to our engineers to understand the mechanics in our analysis engine so that it can be made transparent to users. In the end we want you to provide us with wireframes of what the product should be and if possible, also visual designs that can be implemented.
To sum it up, you'll be taking ownership from the start to finish line of the UX of our products.
What we are looking for
This is a very broad role and there's probably more than one path that leads up to to it. That said, there are some things that we think are necessary to be successful in it:
At least three years of relevant experience. It can be in a UI Design role, and you want to move into UX Design or vice versa.
Experience from working with fast growing services that are required to grow incrementally.
Proficiency in a mockup/wireframing-tool.
Some technical insight into UI design technologies such as HTML and CSS.
Experience from developing design systems.
The key part of this role though is that you'll be the one owning the UI/UX of Pihr's products and as such you will have a tremendous impact on our customers and their ability to perform pay gap analysis. To be successful in this role you need to have excellent communication skills and you must have the drive to establish a UI/UX-centric approach to Pihr's products.
The position is located at our office in central Stockholm.
