UK Market Manager (Traineeship)

Work System is looking for a Trainee UK Market Manager

Work System produces racking and shelving solutions for vans and other service vehicles. Our headquarters and production site are in Tenhult in Småland, Southern Sweden. We sell our products online and in our mounting centres (Scandinavian markets).

The position:
For the internet-based expansion to the UK we are looking for a UK Market Manager Trainee to become a valuable member of our International Sales Department. Once you have completed your 6 months traineeship you will start working as our UK market manager with responsibility for your own market. At Work System's your responsibilities may include but are not limited to?

- Running your market's website
- Managing the daily order flow
- Communicating with customers via phone, email, and chat in English
- Coordinating orders with the production department (in English and/or Swedish)
- Creating marketing campaigns to grow the business

Your profile:

Required (must have):
- Bachelor's or master's degree ideally with a major in business, marketing, economics, engineering, IT, communications or a similar field
- English language skills on (near) native level (C2)
- Entrepreneurial and out-going personality with an attention to detail
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Strong analytical and professional communication skills
- Ability to operate independently and effectively in a fast moving and developing company
- Good time management and problem-solving skills

Preferred (nice to have):
- Good command of Swedish
- Previous work experience as an intern or employee, ideally in ecommerce, consulting, customer service, marketing or business development
- Working knowledge of Adobe's Creative Suite (Photoshop, Indesign and Illustrator)
- Web programming skills (e.g. PHP)
- Interest in cars/vans and solving technical problems
- Willingness to move to Jönköping
