Where you come in:
Are you looking for ways to help Ukrainian children cope with their troubled experiences? Are you a fellow Ukrainian with the passion to support the children who have fled their homes?
In this position you will learn how to help children after difficult experiences. You will be part of a team of group leaders that learn a method for psychosocial support that is called Common Elements Treatment Approach - Psychosocial Intervention (CETA-PS), that aims to prevent the development of mental illness and help children develop an increased ability to handle the situation the child is in.
You will receive education that will help you learn the method and have continuous supervision by a trained professional. You will then be able to organize and lead groups of children from the age of 7. The groups consists of Ukrainian children in migration at risk of developing mental illness due to the difficult experiences they have had after the war.

The most important qualifications are your skills and passion. You have good communication skills and good social skills and enjoy working with structured methods that can give children tools to thrive and develop psychosocially.
This role requires:
- At least 1 year work experience with children
- High School education
- Good language knowledge in Ukrainian and English
- Basic computer skills
Desirable qualifications are a degree from healthcare, psychology, social work or pedagogical work and prior experience working with children with mental health related issues. Knowledge in the Swedish language and experience with working with groups of children. Desirable personal characteristics include high integrity, cooperation skills, structure, independence and being a quick learner. It's a plus if you have a driver's license.
