Do you want to be a part of a highly international and dynamic team? In the role as Global Applications Specialist – Electrification & Automation, you will get to work in a truly international and flexible team, which supports our Customer Centers in the North European region. The region is served by four Customer Centers located in Norway, Sweden, Finland and UK / Germany. Two last mentioned countries are part of the large Customer Center Europe West, which also includes Ireland, The Netherlands, Denmark, Luxembourg, Switzerland and Austria.
Your mission
As Global Applications Specialist – Electrification & Automation, your mission will be to ensure that our product expertise and understanding about these technologies are available to our local sales teams and other stakeholders. You will be responsible for communicating future customer product needs, market intelligence to relevant Portfolio Teams, and ensure you are driving the right portfolio development together. In this role, you will act as the first and primary Underground division point of contact/support to their assigned Customer Center(s) sales teams in terms of expertise, value translation of the underground portfolio, pricing, and communications regarding order to delivery.

An enterprising personality is desired, with a capacity to deliver in line with expectations and objectives. You have an ability to multitask and manage multiple projects without sacrificing schedule or quality.
You have a Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related discipline, or Equivalent combination of education and experience. You have some practical experience in mining or construction aftermarket equipment. You are familiar with the underground product line and have a mechanical/technical background. You should have proficient level skills in MS Office and a valid driver’s license. Preferred strong written and verbal communications in English is mandatory.

Location and travel
Location Örebro, Sweden. Some travel will be required.
