Assignment description
Volvo Flen Factory is looking for an experienced maintenance engineer for contributing in the transformation the future and wanted position.
The main projects and activities are related to the implementation of a new maintenance system which requires a quite broad experience of a maintenance department with good knowledge from of maintenance operations and spare parts management in combination to the start up of a plant location.

Main responsibilities:
* Create and implement maintenance objects in the Maintenance system
* Create Maintenance plans for each maintenance object
* Create and register Spare parts under the maintenance objects in the maintenance system.
* Prepare the spare part planning for existing maintenance objects (for the current and new machines)
* Create the instructions for maintenance.
* Support with quotations from suppliers.
* Support in daily Maintenance Engineering work at workshop, if needed.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

* At least 5 years working experience in the area of Industrial Maintenance or related Production activities within automotive development.
* Experience with maintenance systems (desirable on the key-user level).
* Experience in spare part management, is desirable.
* Desirable with good skills in Electrical area or Mechatronics/ PLCs
* Strategic approach with customer focus and the ability to work cross functionally
* Drive to improve our way of working with strong implementation skills
* Desirable Knowledge on Lean Tools, e.g 5W + 2H, Root Cause Analysis, Standardization / 5S, Kaizen etc.
* Graduation Degree in Engineering
* Mandatory to be fluent in Swedish and English, spoken and written.
