No matter who you are, or where in the world you are, the chances are that our products are a familiar part of your daily routine.Every day, around the world, people reach for Unilever products.Our brands are trusted everywhere and, by listening to the people who buy them, we've grown into one of the world's most successful consumer goods companies.In fact, 150 million times a day, someone somewhere chooses a Unilever product.Look in your fridge, or on the bathroom shelf, and you're bound to see one of our well-known brands.We create market and distribute the products that people choose to feed their families and keep themselves and their homes clean and fresh.Supply Chain Manager - Customer Innovation Business Context and Main Challenges of the Job: * External focus: Deliver value added solutions to Customer business and to Shoppers through the effective implementation of Supply Chain innovations and in line with Customer priorities and CSE strategy * Customer improvement projects and collaborative programs within end to end Supply Chain * Local implementation of Global / Regional Customer Innovation plans Main Accountabilities: * Identify and understand local market/ Customers business requirements and opportunities within end to end Supply Chain as well as Cost to Serve structure * Build Customer relationship in the Nordic region * Run Customer improvement projects and collaborative programs (CRP, EDI, OSA TPM , RRP etc.) within end to end Supply Chain (processes, tools, solutions, best practices) * Question status quo within current Customer Service policy, Cost to Serve; review and improve * Benchmark Unilever Customer service policy, Cost to Serve to local competitors * Input to Efficient Logistics and Pay Terms architecture * Together with CD Operations embark new customers to GDS (external master data exchange and manage the implementation project with IT support * Identification of local needs to Global / Regional Customer Innovation team * Local implementation of Global / Regional Customer Innovation plans * Global Supply Chain/ Customer Service strategy * Market/ Customers/ Shoppers understanding (strategies and operational standards) incl.Customer Satisfaction survey * Cost to Serve structure (understand end to end Supply Chain cost and complexity) * Customer Development strategy for local market * Business targets (biz building, service related, cash flow) * Customer Business Plan * Regional Process Office plans (projects and priorities) Requirements: The successful candidate should have a university degree (Engineering or Economics preferably within the Logistics area) and at least 5 years of experience from Supply Chain, preferably from a similar position.Ideally you have been working in a large company within the Nordic Region.The right candidate needs to be solution oriented, have a strong drive, be self acting and have experience from being a formal leader.We also want you to be analytic, strategic and structured together with a good team spirit, have good communication skills (English + Swedish, Danish or Norwegian) and possess an extraordinary skill for negotiations.
