UNION COORDINATOR

Job Description
We are looking for a Union Coordinator to join our well-known client’s team!
In this role, you will drive collaboration and processes with the unions, and help with union planning and strategies and serve as a resource for internal negotiators and managers. The role also includes to provide expert HR advice and coaching and to operationally support business with HR administration.

Qualifications
- You have demonstrated experience and structured approach to managing large-scale projects.
- You have prior experience in large organizations and reorganizations, ideally within a global tech environment.
- You must have good knowledge of Swedish labour law.
- You are able to produce materials in PowerPoint etc. and have a hands-on approach.
- You understand HR strategies and how to translate into daily support of the business.
- You are fluent in English, both written and oral.

Admission and Application
Full time position, 40h/week. The position will start as soon as possible, and the assignment is expected to run until 2023-10-31 with possibility of extension.
