About the role
For our Hydrogen Team in Sweden we are looking for a Project Manager. The manager role is part of the Uniper Business Line Hydrogen which includes in addition to Sweden the UK, Netherlands and Germany. The Business Line Hydrogen works as one team within the company utilizing the resources from the whole Uniper Group. The position will be located in any of the Sydkraft offices in Sweden.
In this project management role you will have the opportunity to actively drive the decarbonisation of the Uniper Group and of our customers in Sweden. As a Project Manager Hydrogen you will:
• Work in tandems with the Senior BD Managers/ GPMs of the Swedish major asset projects and support the Team Lead of Business Development Hydrogen Sweden in managing the Swedish hydrogen project portfolio .
• Be responsible for the Project Management Office (PMO) deliverables and coordinate internal work streams along the full hydrogen value chain for one or more of our Swedish major asset projects in close cooperation with the General Project Manager or Senior Business Development Manager.
• Have the responsibility for collecting and checking Mid-Term Planning (MTP) data, budget planning, project data book and maintaining the project master schedules for one or more of the projects in Sweden.
• Coordinate and support internal processes, e.g. documents and stakeholders, with focus on preparing internal Financial Decisions (board approvals).
• Support the preparation of internal and external project Steering Committee´s as well as reports to funding authorities.
• Develop together with other H2 project managers best practice project management guidelines for asset-based H2 projects.
• Reporting disciplinary to the line manger Team Lead Hydrogen Business Development Sweden.
• Ensuring compliance, project management and HSSES (Health, Safety, Security & Environment , Sustainability) standards within the Uniper policy framework.
• Active contribution to the implementation of the Uniper hydrogen strategy in order to help shape the climate-friendly future of the company.
Uniper is part of Sweden's critical infrastructure and our operations are covered by, among other things, rules related to protective security, export control and nuclear non-proliferation. We will therefore carry out security clearance of all positions and complement with register control for security classified positions, according to the Protection Security Act. Health and drug tests are performed if applicable.

You have a relevant University degree and several years of work experience. Management skills as well as professional experience in business development is essential. As a person you have good leadership skills and high engagement when it comes to developing and managing people. You can easily see the bigger picture, are driven and make things happen. In addition, you are a good communicator and have the ability to cooperate and communicate with different types of people. We will pay attention to your personal capabilities such as ability to create structure, analytical skills and ability to cooperate.
You're expected to have/ be:
• Basic commercial knowledge about the hydrogen or natural gas market necessary, basic knowledge in renewable power desirable.
• Excellent conceptual, analytical and strategic thinking.
• Strong personal credibility, excellent team-working skills, ability to build strong working relationships across the Uniper Group.
• Creative and open-minded individual with fresh mindset, ability to think out of the box and excellent communication skills.
• Top-class stakeholder management skills.
• Professional command of English and Swedish.
• Professional skills in MS Office applications such as Word, Outlook, Excel, Project, Power Point and SAP.
• Willingness to travel within Sweden at least twice per month and to other European countries.
