We are looking for a Unit Controller to our Falkenberg plant for a temporary contract of about one and a half years.
Falkenberg Plant, with approx. 350 employees, is characterized by a modern organization and advanced technology machine lines. Development of new technology and product upgrades and improvements are a continuous process, and most of our product assortment is “fast moving consumer goods”. In Falkenberg plant, baby diapers and incontinence products are manufactured, primarily for Nordic and central/eastern Europe.
The position is located in Falkenberg and reports directly to the Site Controller in Falkenberg.
As the Unit Controller, you will provide the data and tools to analyze, understand, manage and correct the performance of the different departments within the organization.
You will be responsible for the periodic closing process and ensure correct financial data. You will also be involved in the budget and forecast processes.
Main Tasks
Analysis of main financial and non-financial KPIs of Factory and Distribution Center
Analysis of investment proposals
Monitor and explain variances from budget plans vs actual results
Great understanding of COGS
Participation in development and implementation of factory controlling procedures and development of new progressive forms and methods of financial controlling
Experience and background requirements
University degree in Finance
Sound financial understanding & good accounting know-how
Speak and write English fluently
Excellent skills in Excel
3 to 5 years of working experience in a similar position within a multi-national company
SAP experience is required
