Unit Manager, Operations & Shared Services, IKEA IT

Together with a distributed team, you will drive and lead the Front-End Services within Operation & Shared Services in IKEA Business Solutions.

Further responsibilities and challenges:

-Lead an organisation consisting of five infrastructure teams all connected to multichannel retailing
-Lead through our Business & People perspective
-Be part of the Operations leadership team with the responsibility of together develop IKEA’s global IT Operations
-Build up of new capabilities
-People & sourced services responsibility
-Drive change to meet IKEA future IT Operations needs in the area of Multichannel retailing
-Ensure our operations are meeting our global customer needs
-Build the future organisation towards a solid IT infrastructure organization so that we are able to operate and develop the connected IT landscape

We believe that you have experience in leading an IT infrastructure business, working together with development project and transitioning into line organisation; preferably with Agile and DevOps knowledge. You have a University Degree in Engineering, Business or equivalent.

You are an excellent communicator where you are always interested in finding solutions and better ways of working. You are fluent in written and spoken English.

You are interested in growing and developing together with IKEA.
