In this role you will have the opportunity to lead the development effort, work with your team, and develop truly extraordinary products that enables our customers to discover their business in a unique and positive way.

The unit manager is overall accountable for assigned department and reports to the functional manager. The unit manager is also responsible to contribute to the steering and development of the function. By being an active member in the functional management group the unit manager shall give input to and communicate steering documents such as the functional road map and take part in the decision making.

Experience:
- At least 10 years of working experience, preferably within the software industry
- At least 5 years of experience in leading software development departments
- Solid technical understanding of software
- Experience from working in a truly global environment
- Excellent understanding of different cultures
- Knowledge and practical experience of modern steering approaches as Lean and Agile
- Proven track record of leading successful teams using strong leadership skills and a business oriented approach
