Univar Oy is searching for Technical Sales

Univar Oy's sales organisation is growing and we are now searching for a driven person, who can contribute to our growth as our new Technical Sales which is one of the most challenging parts of Univar. You will be a part of a team where Customer Service, based in Malmo (Finnish speaking) takes care of orders and daily business with customers.You will also work closely with the Technical Support team with dedicated people having a technical background to support the sales in business development.Our Product Management support sales with pricing and the logistical set up for our customers.You will report to Sales Manager Finland. We believe that you have some experience as Technical Sales or service experience in one or more of the following application areas: Detergents, Coatings, Paints and Inks, Pulp and Paper, Latex, Composites and Polymers, Rubber.Heavy Chemicals Industry, Glass Manufacturing, Metal Treatment, Fertilizers, Water Treatment.In the role as Technical Sales your responsibilities will be to meet with customers in 3 to 5 of the above mentioned application areas in Finland.You need to be able to understand detailed information and draw up conclusion in your daily Business-to Business activities.You will also be responsible for sales development at customers in terms of margin and volume.In order to be able to perform and enjoy the work as Technical Sales at Univar Oy we believe that you are and have: Selling skills and enjoy selling Technical skills and enjoy solving problems Driven by results Driven by Customer Needs Understand the value of appropriate reporting Trustworthy It is also positive if you have some experience from distribution (chemicals).Education: minimum 2 years of appropriate, University degree.You need to speak and understand Finnish, Swedish and English You will be located in Finland in our Helsinki office.You will be meeting customers the best part of the week with some 100 days on the road a year.
