You will play a vital role in the Talent Acquisition function, partnering closely with the business and HR leaders, focusing on University Relations, Early Talent Initiatives, Employer Branding and Events for ABB in Sweden.
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead and in constant contact with the Talent Acquisition team, you will drive energizing initiatives, attracting the best candidates in line with our business strategies.

This position reports to
Talent Acquisition & Advancement Manager
Your responsibilities
Build solid networks with Universities, Students’ associations and subject specific networks (i.e. engineering associations, students’ networks, etc.) identifying their success factors and positioning ABB as the employer of choice
Build Early Talent program frameworks and best practices, supporting the delivery of the local rotational programs
Contribute to develop exciting Employer Branding actions, partnering with the business to make it happen and aiming for full diversity of our talent pipeline
Cooperate closely with local marketing and communication teams, organize and attend career events
Innovate the way we attract candidates, thinking creatively and partnering with the business to bring their knowledge/technology to the potential candidates
Contribute to the review of the process we use in the attraction and hiring of early talents, including the ones in our programs, to make them more efficient
Keep track on KPI and data, operating within the given budget

Your background
University Degree in Business/HR/Communications related fields and experience in Employer Branding/Early Talent Acquisition, ideally in an international corporation
Experience with branding and communication, developing marketing and social media campaigns and plans is considered an asset
Good knowledge of the Swedish talent market trends and university network would be a plus
End-to-end process thinking and experience of managing projects
Ability to network with and influence senior Business and HR leaders
Professional Swedish and English language skills
Very good communication skills with high customer focus
Self-driven, resilient, energetic and inclusive
