Who you are
HR is a well-integrated part of the organization, and you will have both operational and strategic tasks within Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding, mainly focusing on University Relations. You will be a part of creating a new approach of how the business works with universities and graduates of Sweden and Denmark. You will do this by partnering with the business and universities to in the best possible way deliver the best quality talents that matches their needs, and on time.
You report to the Talent Acquisition Manager of Denmark and Sweden and will be based in Lund. You will be responsible for the University Relations strategy of both these countries.
About the job
You are an engaged and driven individual with some years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding. You believe that creating a good employer presence of the company brand within universities is an important factor for the growth of the business. You do this by proactively reaching out to universities, networking and understanding the graduate market and being able to present how it can positively impact the business, which you enjoy working closely with. You do this using your strong acumen to fully grasp their upcoming needs.
What you know
2+ years in full cycle recruiting, ideally within a global and complex environment
Employer Branding experience
Well versed stakeholder and event management experience
Data driven with the ability to use data in support of making informed hiring decisions
Identifying talent demand and being able to forecast and strategically plan events focusing on target school markets
Solid sourcing skills with a strong track record of converting passive candidates to hires
Experience using key recruiting tools and recruiting talent marketing channels such as ATS, LinkedIn, social media, and job boards etc.
Excellent English skills both oral and written.
