Skills and Experience
- Education or experience connected to the field of development testing and/or mechanical workshops or material planning/handling.
- As a person You are open-minded, communicative, organized and perform continuous documentation to keep track on your daily work.
- Experience of driving forklift is meritorious.
- Knowledge from part structure applications, Bill of Material (BOM) and material handling is meritorious.
Your role at Aurobay
As an Update Coordinator you will:
- Be responsible to administrate and execute planned development project updates of test objects in as of hybrid test vehicle and hybrid test rigs. Updates could be hardware parts and software files.
- In collaboration with team members in the Test Object team; keep track on material orders, sort and store received parts to update each individual test object with the specified part and software.
- Plan, coordinate and execute with workshop support, the instrumentation of test vehicles and test rigs. Instrumentation could be temperature sensors, pressure sensors and others measurement equipment.
- The daily tasks will be different day to day depending on the stages in project. One day could be focusing on instrumentation of test object and the other day could be to coordinate a part update of a prototype test series. You will be responsible for multiple test objects in parallel within different projects.
