As our new assignment leader, you are important for our journey of change where the focus is on understanding the needs of the future, where you will be an enabler to create sustainable solutions, and then turn it into new business opportunities for our customers.
In the role, you lead both geo-assignments and multidisciplinary assignments.

Your main tasks:
Lead assignments with a focus on quality, value creation and economics
Plan and follow up on project work
Build relationships with customers, in projects and proactively
Tendering and marketing work
Be a mentor to junior employees, both at the unit, nationally and internationally, to get a knowledge exchange in between
