What we are looking for

Upstream & Downstream Planning Leader is a key role within the Supply Chain (SC) team in Västerhaninge.

Organize upstream & downstream flows within the manufacturing plant and improve the manufacturing SC performance. Responsible to run the Master production planning/Manufacturing Production Scheduling based on Distribution Requirement Planning, and to set and release the vendor forecasts. Ensure the update, quality & consistency of key parameters of supply & stock management.

Main responsibilities
* Run the MPP/MPS based on distribution requirement planning process for its perimeter of product x Distribution center in collaboration with business leaders & demand planners
* Run & animate Master production planning & to set and release vendor forecasts and to manage the gap between these forecasts and real supply demand
* Define & update the parameters of supply and stock management including ramp-up & ramp-down to achieve the target service level while reducing unhealthy stock and express cost.
* Ensure the quality and consistency of key data: Lead Time, Quantity, Stocking policy.
