HemoCue R&D is looking for a Usability Engineering Specialist (Human Factor Engineering). You have a central role in the development of In Vitro Diagnostic Devices and will be responsible for the usability engineering part from planning to performing user tests and documenting.
You are expected to plan and run their daily management/visual management processes under the Danaher Business System. We expect you to be a strong driver, an excellent communicator and an extremely process oriented person with a passion to encompass and deploy the Danaher Business System.
You will be placed in Ängelholm, Sweden and report to Senior Manager Technology & Innovation.
What you will be doing
Usability engineering from project beginning to end
Be part of a cross-functional project team and lead the usability activities
Ensure that the user interface is properly documented
Hands-on usability testing, incl. writing protocols, execute testing and reporting
Assure that the usability engineering activities follow the standard
Continuous Improvement on procedures and instructions

What we need to see
Msc or the equivalent in a suitable field of engineering or science
Experience from Design Control
Experience from Usability Engineering/ Human factor engineering, ideally hands-on experience with usability testing, incl. planning, preparing protocols, executing usability tests and reporting.
Project Management
Process Development
Excellent English skills in speech and writing, Swedish is an advantage
