Duration: This is a consultant assignment where you will be employed by us at Jefferson Wells and work at the client and is ongoing until June 2024. Working remote is a possibility.

About the job:

In this role you will work with analyzing and doing a swot analysis on the current retail assessment program, due to understand the needs of the retail operation better and for the client's business. Furthermore there is a need to better understand the clients customers which leads us to the other part of the job. To create a streamlined and compliant process for creating and using customer panels in customer research, ensuring easy access to customers for obtaining valuable insights through interviews, surveys, feedback, etc., from both the clients customers and external panels.

Responsibilities retail assessment program:

* With information from swot analysis, analyze and make recommendations for the new setup.
* A detailed document listing all requirements for the new Retail Assessment Program, including scope, objectives, resources, budget, and timelines.

Responsibilities customer panels:

* Identify and recruit customers to be part of the panel.
* Establish and manage a database of customers who have consented to be contacted for research.
* Establish and manage routines for reaching out to customers via various channels (email, app, phone calls, etc.)
* Evaluate, list, and establish relationships with external panels

Requirements:

* Extensive experience in customer and user research.
* Experience in automotive customer research.
* Degree in Human Computer Interaction, Psychology, Social Science, or related research field.
* Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
* Specialist in a wide range of research methods with high rigor.
* International experience and language skills are a plus.
