We are currently looking for an experienced User Researcher to our Internal Frontend Team in Gothenburg.
Who You Are
Are you a user researcher and want to transform you insights into real actions? Do you want to work truly agile, in close collaboration with the development team and the end users?
In this creative, hybrid role you will be a key person in the building process of our web based customer service tool and the designing of our internal flow for our fast growing Customer Service. You will come up with ways of generating insights about your users, their behavior, motivations and needs as well as opportunities to improve their experience by using a variety of methods. As one of the biggest online travel agents, we are taking the step towards a world leading customer support, for a group of ~2000 customer service people.
On a daily basis you will:
Work closely with Product Owners, stakeholders and engineers to bring your insights to life, balancing user needs, business requirements and technical constraints
Participate in technical design studies with our travel agents, focusing on both feasibility and UX of our internal system
Transform complex problems and systems into user friendly solutions
Drive continuous refinement of existing products and services to improve the overall user experience
Expertly envision and communicate concepts and ideas
Be the bridge between business and development
The link between human and machine
Be a tight part of a cross functional development team on a daily basis
Do user/customer research
Introduce tools for our developers to create a better UX process
We believe you:
have several years of research experience with UX aspirations
have a deep understanding of product development and its life-cycle
have a analytical mindset and the ability to identify root causes of issues
are a team player and enjoy the fun and importance of working together with others
have excellent communication skills and the ability to visualize your thoughts
are engaged and curious
enjoy taking on challenges and you are willing to do the little extra for a customer or a team member
ensure that our user experience is continuously improving.
have some basic understanding of our current Tech Stack (e.g. Java and React)
