Job Description
Massive Entertainment are looking for a User Researcher Project Manager (URPM) to join one of our major projects. Your ultimate goal will be to put the player first and empower our game development teams with player insights.
As a URPM you'll help design and coordinate a wide range of tests, both locally and in collaboration with multiple Ubisoft departments worldwide. You'll assist in collecting, analyzing and reporting other types of data, tailored to address different needs of several departments within Massive whilst operating in a dynamic setting where optimization and innovation are encouraged to bring about the best results.
This position at Massive not only provides hands-on experience working with a global leading game development studio but also a great foundation in the field of UR and Human Computer Interaction.

Responsibilities
Selecting the appropriate methodology, defining test measures and creating relevant tools in order to evaluate if the players’ experience is in line with the design intentions of the various productions.
Planning, managing, collecting and updating team needs, wants and expectations.
Efficiently analyse multiple sources of data (including observation, telemetry, etc.) and provide valuable and actionable insights on players’ experience.
Identifying the most optimal methods to present the findings (graphs, tables, etc.).
Elaborate study reports and present the findings destined for production teams, brand management and high management.
Remain up to date with game design, data visualization and User Research trends (training, conferences, new/best practices, etc.). Providing creative solutions to help stakeholders with utilizing research efforts.
Qualifications
You as a person are passionate and curious about games and people who play them. You are able to solve complex problems and transform them into an action plan with the delivery target in mind. You are inclusive and able to take and give feedback to improve yourself and your team. You have a proactive approach and are willing to help on every part of the project where your knowledge and skills are beneficial. You show a strong work ethics regarding the quality of your work and the well-being of your team members.
Proven work experience with qualitative and quantitative social research methods and tools.
Degree in Behavioral Sciences, Market Research, Data Science or equivalent work experience.
Proficient in Statistical analysis (knowledge of SPSS and R is a plus).
Advanced knowledge of MS Office (specifically Excel and Power Point).
Passion for and experience from within the gaming-industry.
