What you will do

* Conduct and synthesize research: Work closely with UX researcher and UX strategist to review previous research, identify gaps, and conduct new research, to inform and set strategies and priorities. 
* Align research and strategies with design: collaborate closely with UX researchers and strategists to uncover insights that inform thoughtful, high-impact design concepts. 
* Design impactful concepts: Roll up your sleeves to design solutions that solve real user problems while aligning with the product vision. 
* Mentor other designers: Mentor and coach junior/mid-level designers, elevating their skills and empowering them to create designs that bring the product vision to life. 
* Validate early and often: Implement clever validation methods to test and refine designs, ensuring they resonate with users.

* Strategic thinker: You can manage multiple initiatives and perspectives simultaneously, ensuring they align toward a cohesive product vision. 
* Collaborative: You’re a collaborative leader who thrives on cross-functional partnerships with researchers, product managers, developers, and other stakeholders 
* Great communicator: You are a master in communicating design concept and rationale to technical and non-technical audiences.  
* User advocate: You’re an advocate for users and know how to balance their needs with business goals. 
* Mentor and coach: You’re skilled at guiding teams through the design process, ensuring the designs not only solve user problems but also align with the larger product vision. 
* Innovative: You’re always looking for innovative ways to test and validate ideas, already from early sketches.  
* Research-savvy: You have hands-on experience conducting and synthesizing user research to inform design decisions. 
* Education and experience: You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field such as Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or a related discipline. You have at least 8 years’ experience in UX/UI design.
