THE ROLE

As UX Designer Lead for the Sportsbook you will be a part of realizing Betsson Group’s Sportsbook vision. By creating stellar design and implementing a user-centric design process, you as a lead designer will be a part of delivering a best-in-class Sportsbook experience as well as high converting and usable user flows throughout the site.

Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Structure, lead and guide UX projects
- Help formulate the creative direction in the projects you work with
- Support & guide UX colleague's teams in delivering the best possible work
- Present work to stakeholders and partners to align on solutions
- Lead by example through design, design input, and experience
- Work closely with design, product & technology ensuring the design meets creative, strategy, and product objectives
- Evangelize the Sportsbook UX vision within Betsson Group


PROFILE

Seen to previous experience you have around 10 years of experience as a digital designer, a lead UX designer, or other similar senior roles. You are experienced in the practical parts of design work and you are able to convert your thinking into actual products and design. A problem solver that sees possibilities for problems and has a strategic mindset on how to solve them. You are comfortable in taking a lead and setting directions, both in your own work but also for others.

You are experienced in mapping out user journeys and interaction patterns in a comprehensive way as well as producing high-fidelity wireframes for stakeholders such as Product Managers, designers, and development teams. You have worked with industry-standard software such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma as a means to develop, test, explore and convey design solutions.

Need to have:

- Experience in mobile, desktop and app design
- Experience in working and collaborating with diverse teams in a lean/agile setup
- Solid foundation with user centric UX processes and Discovery work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.




Nice to have:

- Interaction design, human-machine interaction, or equivalent; a Master's Degree in the field is preferred.
- An asset if you have experience working in the industry or other transaction-intense industries such as Fin-Tech. A genuine interest in sports betting is also a bonus.
