We are now looking for a UX Designer to our Mobility Solution Design team
In this role you will be working in a team that is responsible for the user experience/interface for our digital products within the field of PONS Autonomous Mobility Ecosystem*.

Your main responsibility will be to create a seamless omni channel User experience (UX) of the PONS service by designing all the touchpoints our service will have with the user throughout the Customer Journey. You will work in an agile environment with team-members having a clear focus on the user experience, but also with other design departments as the overall experience for the complete PONS Autonomous Mobility Ecosystem * needs to be coherent. We hope that you value being part of a team where the complete customer experience for the mobility services is in focus, as well as short iteration loops and a quick decision process. 

*Pons Autonomous Mobility Ecosystem = A self-driving vehicle fleet operating within a city, being smart and proactive with the aim to offer excellent, on-demand, sustainable mobility services to its citizens.

The role involves:

- Development and design of the user experience towards our digital products
- Participating and performing user tests throughout product development
- Contribute to the team responsible for defining HMI and UI prerequisites and requirements. That includes defining HMI and UI on both vehicle, app and fleet management

 We are looking for someone who has:

- Bachelor degree with a major in UX design, human- computer interaction or equivalent
- 3-5 years experience in a similar or equivalent role within an international technology/innovation intensive environment
- 3-5 years experience from user centric design for consumer products and/or services

To be successful in this role, you need to:

- Interest in digital product design, where you like to be well informed and up to date with the current and future trends
- Focused and inspirational, with good communication skills both internally and externally
- Proficient in using a digital design system such as “Figma” or equivalent
- Result and solution driven
- Fluent verbal and written communication in English, Swedish language skills are a plus
