Arbetsbeskrivning
Who are we looking for?
We're looking for You - a passionate UX designer with a love for research, who dare ask the hard questions and challenge old truths. You never shy away from a blank canvas and thrive when you get to make sense of the most ambiguous and abstract problems. You don't wait around for directions, you take initiatives.
You're familiar with working in a R&D environment and equally familiar to the challenges that comes with it. Gathering user feedback and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data into easily digestible deliverables isnot a problem for you. You might not be that savvy when it comes to visual design but producing UX-deliverables isn't a problem. Research reports, user journeys, sitemaps, personas, wire frames - you name it, you've done it.
People find you easy to talk to, and they know you as the person who holds a user-first mindset even when challenged with business priorities and gut feelings. You're a force to be reckoned with, but pragmatic and humble to the difficulties that face agile projects. You consider business viability, strategy and feasibility when presenting your findings and understand that time all too often is limited.
We believe you have…
*
A degree in design, research or equivalent.
*
Phenomenal communication skills.
*
Excellent organizational skills.
*
A genuine curiosity when it comes to people and behaviors.
*
Some experience, and some examples to show for it.
*
Experience using graphical tool, (such as XD, Figma, Sketch, Framer, etc).
*
Fluency in English.
*
Something to teach us.
Did we just describe you?
What you will do
We believe that you'll use your toolbox of UX methodologies to understand the users, their needs, problems, and behaviors. You'll communicate your findings through a range of UX deliverables - anything from test-reports and flowcharts to wire frames and prototypes. The result - a first class experience, appreciated by users across the world.
Of course, we don't expect you to do this alone. You'll work together with other designers, developers, and engineers. The work also involves close collaboration with product owners and other stakeholders, participating in feature planning where your findings help make informed decisions about the product and its future development.
