About the job
We are a non-boring company and we do non-boring stuff. We are a studio full of creative problem-solvers, trying to create the best possible experience for our clients and users.
UX is a core part of all of our projects towards clients such as Veoneer, Liseberg, Polestar, and our own ventures like Weret. Understanding the user, the problem, and the business is the heart of a successful product for us. For this, you need to have an open-minded and curious approach towards whatever adventure waiting for you.
As a UX designer you will be co-creating ideas and bringing them to life. You will be involved in the whole process from ideation, research, and prototyping to hand-off to developers. Together with a bunch of fun Strategists, Developers and Designers, you need to be able to deliver creative, user-friendly, and feasible digital products.
With all this said, we are looking for a team player that is driven by the love for their craft and motivation to make an impact for real people.
Role Requirements
- Experience with designing for web and mobile interfaces.
- Good understanding of user centred design, business and tech.
- Great expertise in prototyping tools.
- You feel comfortable to facilitate workshops, setup user tests.
- Masters or bachelor's degree in interaction design, product design, industrial design, or similar.
- Great verbal and visual communication skills and fluent in English.
- Like to work in an agile and fast-paced environment
- A team player that is eager to share and learn.
Other skills that can help you stand out:
- Experience with using user research and translating insights into directions and requirements
- Graphic/visual design skills and love for pixels
- Experience with data visualisation
Apply for the job
We take pride in our hiring approach, where we consider your professional and personal experience first and foremost, rather than simply looking at your formal qualifications. In other words, it’s okay to never have stepped into the Figma world yet. Just say so, and let's take it from there.
Also, please, be your interesting self. You can be nervous, introverted, extroverted, quirky, loud, or quiet. Most important is to be open-minded, honest, and tell us about something you like to talk about.
