UX Designer

Project Description:

The IT Asset Management area is key for maintaining control of the IT Landscape and the lifecycle of IT Assets to support the business in understanding how IT supports its business processes and how changes impact applications and platforms. It is essential for several critical IT business processes such as operational processes including reporting to comply with security requirements and regulatory compliance. The ongoing digital transformation is re-shaping the technology landscape at SEB driving modernization. A shift is ongoing towards cloud technologies, that makes the requirement to have control of config and IT asset to support the business and IT processes crucial.

Role description:

SEB are looking for a skilled visual designer/UX to join a small and truly agileteam.

SEB Neo is a new type of account, card and mobile app that welcomes children into the digital economy and guides them as they mature financially.

Our goal is to encourage children to manage and understand their economy in a safe and engaging way. With just the right amount of involvement from their parents, we´re guiding them to be a part of a responsible and sustainable economy.

You will be part of our Customer Experience Design community with more than 50 designers. Together we have a high level of skills and competence within user experience and our work is highly valued in the bank´s digitization journey.

About you:

- You love being a part of a small and focused team where we work is done

- You enjoy sharing your knowledge, methods and tools
- You will work with interaction design and concept design for desktop and
mobie and user research in the form of interviews and user testing
- You have at least 4 years of experience within UX
- We expect you to have post-secondary education within the field as well as
experience in working agile with UX for web, mobile and app

Requirements:
- You like to work together with the team of developers
- You have both visual design & UX skills
- You are used to design user interfaces in an agile way, collaborating with
- front end developers side by side

Nice to have:
- SEB consider it an advantage if you have experience in working with user
interfaces for children

Language:
You have good language skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
