Who we are looking for

We are looking for a creative, skilled and experienced UX designer with the ambition to take on a challenge in the ever so changing Telco industry. Telenor is rapidly heading towards the digital future, and we are looking for people with a natural proactive drive who wants to make a difference.

 

What you’ll do

As a UX-designer at Telenor you will be the link between our customers and our digital channels. You will work in a close collaboration with our customers, understanding their attitudes, needs and challenges, designing smooth and amazing digital experiences.

 

You will be the voice of our customers when communicating to stakeholders at Telenor and work closely with Business Managers, Product Owners, Content Creators, CRO, Analytics, Designers, Researchers, Developers etc. You will be a part of a team consisting of other UX-designers and work together with your team towards common goals.

 

Who are you

We believe you are a creative, skilled UX-designer with previous experience from working with digital platforms. You love teamwork, both with your team and colleagues in other functions. We believe you can see different perspectives; empathizing with the customer to understand their needs and problems while also showing a business mindset.

Further qualifications:
* Carrying out user tests and in-depth interviews is at core in your handcraft.
* Great prototyping skills, managing everything from a conceptual level to Lo-Fi and Hi-Fi prototyping.
* A design thinking mindset from start to finish.
* You always take full responsibility of your work.
* Great communication skills (Swedish and English) with the ability to communicate clearly and in a compelling manner to audiences of various levels, hosting workshops and lead discussions.
* You master the most common design tools e.g. Figma, sketch, InVision, etc
