We are looking for a UX Designer to help us create digital services that meet people’s needs and are easy to use. As a member of our User Experience team, you will be passionate about user experience, and at the forefront of new thinking and techniques.You have a problem-solving mindset and you’ll use insights from user research and quantitative data to turn user and business problems into solutions loved by the users. As a master of your craft, you’re able to ideate and prototype services that are iterated and validated through user testing and in collaboration with the team.

- 3+ years experience as a UX Designer or similar role
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Analytical mind with a business perspective
- Conduct research, qualitative and quantitative
- Create service concepts through ideation, prototyping and validation.
- Make research findings tangible for stakeholders and product team.
- Communicate concepts and strategy to stakeholders in a way they can understand it.
- Able to facilitate and drive project workshops.
