Do you want to make your mark on user interfaces that reach millions of people every day? We’re looking for an accomplished UX Designer with a broad skillset and a big-picture-mindset to lead the UX/UI vision for our app.
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
Be a part of a big UX Community close to 70 designers working on all our different digital touchpoints
Create a vision for the user experience of our digital products and ensure that designers and other relevant stakeholders understand this vision
Together with other designers and stakeholders find solutions for our products and services that are desirable (meet end users’ needs), viable (meet business goals) and feasible (can be implemented) with an emphasis on representing user needs
Proactively collaborate with relevant stakeholders in order to create an understanding of product roadmaps and upcoming development of our app
Coordinate design work in order to ensure consistent design across value streams, features and when needed between channels
Support designers that need guidance on design decisions related to product vision and help create consistent design across designers
Help develop a Design System that caters to the needs of our designers
Develop an understanding of end user goals, needs and behaviors by planning and executing user research activities like interviews, observations, usability tests, surveys, etc
Design the look, feel and function of our digital interfaces by using design methods like sketches, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, flow diagrams, etc
Basically, it’s all about safeguarding the holistic user experience of our app
What is needed in this role:
A firm grasp of mobile UX best practices and patterns as well as extensive experience in designing for both iOS and Android
Skills and experience from working with information architecture and navigation patterns
Fluency using design tools like Sketch and InVision
Broad experience from different parts of the design process – user research, usability testing, concepts, wireframing and UI design
An interest in collaborating with many different stakeholders, coordinating and connecting people
Great communication skills and an ability to rally people to your cause
Empathy and an interest for the end user
Preferably experience from building design systems
Pragmatic mindset and ability to move between a strategic level and concrete design tasks
It is beneficial to have experience from working within a larger company/organization
Proficient in English and Swedish
