You will join our Digital Business team with the aim of increasing digitalization in the business. We want to improve the customer experience and make it easier for our employees to work efficiently and safely by bridging business and technical requirements. Our team consists of 15 curious and competent employees who believe that collaboration is the key to our success. We want to work more strategically and together with our global operations – do you want to join us and contribute with your CX/UX skills?
As our UX Designer you will focus on operational tasks and support our organization to produce consistent and best in class digital customer experience across the digital touchpoints and throughout the customer life cycle. You will also use your UX knowledge and experience to guide our colleagues and manage, update and communicate UX guidelines. Another challenging and exciting task we would like you to take ownership of is to design and roll out a strategy related to this area. Your everyday tasks will be:
· Design customer centric functions/user flows and wireframes
· Participate in design sprints
· Build prototypes
· Share your knowledge in our cross-functional teams
· Participate in the entire design process from idea to finished product
· Working closely with the digital agency and E.ON Global team regarding UX
· Coordination and implementation of UX strategy
The role is located in Malmö.
We think that you have at least three years of experience as a UX Designer, or a similar role, and a relevant education background. You have UX design experience from self-service functionality such as wireframing of web, app design concepts, stakeholder management and from working with tools for building clickable prototypes such as Figma/Sketch. Since you will be working with our customer journeys it is positive if you have CX experience. We believe that you like working agile and that you have an interest in strategic aspects of UX - and see the strategic part of the work as an exciting challenge that you want to take on. You also have the ability to fluently speak and write in English and in a Scandinavian language.
As a person, you are curious, take your own initiatives and like to work innovatively. It is important to work closely both in our team and with the business and we therefore believe that you are a person who likes to collaborate with others and is good at communicating.
