Do you want to contribute to inspire and simplify everyday communications for millions of users? Are you a UX designer with broad competence and the ability to create great user experiences in digital channels?
Our team of UX designers is currently exploring the opportunities of conversational design, and how to facilitate a seamless conversational experience across existing channels like web and apps, as well as emerging channels like voice and AI, and what role all of this plays in supporting customer communications. We are a team of dreamers, but we also know how to strike the balance and get things delivered in an agile way. Our driving goal is to have a communications experience that we can be proud of, that our advisors love, and most importantly that makes the difference for our customers.
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Working with UX design in our communication platforms to make conversations with our customers easy and world class.
- Working in an Agile way of working with a cross-functional team including Business Analysts, Developers and Content Managers
- Part of our broader UX Community (one of Sweden’s largest in-house UX Community’s)
- Planning and conducting user research
- Planning and conducting usability testing
- Converting insights into prototypes and concepts and then detailed design and handoff to developers
- Working using Swedbank’s extensive design system, including suggestions to expand it
- Facilitate workshops
- Working with Figma and FigJam
What is needed in this role:
- Be curious about how people tick, and excited to convert those findings into beautiful products
- Worked professionally as a UX Designer for 3+ years
- Have a training in UX Design, Interaction Design, Industrial Design, or similar, or work experience
- Have experience with design projects from end-to-end - from brief through to delivery
- Have experience with Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD or similar
- Speak Swedish and English fluently
- Experience with UX Writing and Content Design
- Experience working with design systems
- Experience working with Accessibility and WCAG
- Experience working in large shareholder groups
