Transport Efficiency Tools develops services supporting transporters of goods and people in improving efficiency, profitability and sustainability. We are today around 100 employees and consultants and we are a part of Connected Services and Solutions organisation, which constitutes its own business area within Scania.
To further continue the development of Scania’s connected services offering, we will strengthen the Usability team with an UX-designer.
Job description
As an UX-designer you will be responsible for customer behaviour analysis and design of interactions flow for web and app interfaces. You will be part of an agile team where you will have your own sub area responsibilities.
There are close cooperation between UX-designers, graphic designers, product owners and developers and you will need to communicate and coordinate your work with development teams within the organisation.
Knowledge of customer needs is crucial to your success in this position. You will continuously gather this knowledge through communication with customers, Scania colleagues, business intelligence as well as through partners.
Your profile
You probably have an academic background within UX/cognitive science and a few years working with service design. Experience from and agile development within the transport, logistics or heavy commercial vehicle industry is meriting. You have experience of Lean UX.
A prerequisite is excellent communicative skills allowing you to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
Fluency in Swedish and English is a requirement and some travelling will be required since you will be responsible for collecting customer requirements within the area.
