UX designer for eye tracking hardware and software

We are now looking for someone who enjoys digging deep into the minds of people who are experts within their field of research!

The role and responsibilities

Your job will cover a broad spectrum of use cases and technologies and several teams. You will be working alongside dedicated and skilled Product Owners, Product Managers, Project Leaders, Visual Designers and the development teams.

There is also a large group of experienced UX designers in neighboring departments to bounce ideas off and get inspiration from. Your days will be filled with

- Researching user needs in our very diverse customer segments to support strategic and tactical product decisions as well as UX Design implications
- Conducting design workshops to find the best solutions to customers’ needs
- Defining workflows and interaction design for systems including both software and hardware and validating them using prototypes of different levels of fidelity
- Working with the development teams to turn your designs into reality and once it is in the hands of our users – validate that we hit the sweet spot and made their lives easier
- Collaborating with external industrial design agencies to ensure that we deliver products with outstanding ergonomics and interaction design solutions
- Developing processes and methods for integrating UX Design as a core part of the hardware product development

We are looking for you who has previous experience from

- UX Design, you know how to visually create the best experience out of a combination between the user, the hardware and the software
- UX Design work in an agile environment
- Working in product development all the way from a pre-study to design and implementation, releasing it into the wild and iterating on the solution
- Leading process and method improvements
