Description
The banking sector is undergoing fundamental change with digitalization, new technology and regulatory framework that is continuously transforming the business. As the financial landscape is changing, the client is shifting from business-driven IT, to an IT-driven business. The IT-development is run in shorter sprints using agile ways of working, ensuring fast delivery and value in line with customer and business needs. Teamwork, collaboration and leadership is a crucial part of the way business is run, and they believe that is the key for high performing teams.
The client is looking for a qualified UX designer with experience, who likes to find different solutions on design but also thinks it’s natural to start the process from the customer perspective and needs. A designer who likes to interview, test and evaluate with customers. As a UX designer you need to know Figma but are also interested in qualitative research.
Mandatory competence and experience:
- Figma.
- Agile way of working.
- Experience from Coaching.
- UX design.
- Service Design.
- Interaction design.
- Leading workshops.
- Customer and User research.
- Swedish and English.
