UX Designer - Gothenburg

Assignment Description:
We are looking for a UX Designer who is experienced in digital design, interaction design and user interface design, using Figma.

What you'll do:
● Be part of the whole process, from identifying a need to refining requirements with business analysts for the solution.
● Work closely with representatives from the business side to understand and refine requirements.
● Create mock-ups, wire frames and prototypes using Figma to extend, clarify user stories and how they are contributing to the big picture.
● Complete hands-on information architecture work, such as site maps, digital ecosystem mapping, user flows, wireframing, and prototyping.
● Help the team develop their way of working from a user perspective in, among other things, the Pega platform.
Who you are:
● Ability to understand customer wishes and needs and be able to pursue these issues within the team's area of responsibility.
● Relevant university education in the field of design (e.g. Service design, UX design or UI design) or equivalent knowledge acquired in another way.
● Good knowledge of user-centred design and experience of the UX design process from requirements definition, research, prototyping to user testing and delivery.
● Good communication skills in cooperation with both other internal teams and external vendors.
● Experience of taking in requirements from business to translate these into wireframes and flowcharts.
