Kvalifikationer
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Digital Design, Service Design, Industrial Design or similar.
- You have 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
- You have strong creative management and informal team leading skills.
- You have an expert level of software skills and overall computer literacy (Adobe, Microsoft etc).
- You have a strong drive, learning ability and teamwork.
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Job Description
We are now looking for a UX Designer/Lead Designer to our client in the Tech industry.
As a Lead UX Designer in Experience Design, you will lead Design Innovation and /or Design Identity projects for the Wellbeing Consumer Experience Area.
Through research, analysis and synthesis of knowledge you will lead mid-term innovation projects, helping our clients long-term vision. Furthermore building on the clients brand visual languages you will drive the translation and evolution of the Wellbeing Design Identity, setting the direction for the portfolio solutions. You will help to shape the agenda and steer the conversation around experience design within projects, and be responsible for informing processes and approaches to solve problems and leading others to solutions.


Personal qualities
To succeed in the role we believe that you are a specialist in experience design and can design / facilitate cross-functional creative sprints / workshops. You foster a culture of design critique within the team ensuring that the objective of the challenge is to drive the decision making.

Salary
Salary as agreed.
