Description
As a UX-designer you will need to be able to empathize with a number of different users types and roles and keep all their needs in mind.
You will be part of the Customer Experience Design community with more than 50 designers. Together they have a high level of skills and competence within user experience and our work is highly valued in the bank’s digitization journey.
For this assignment you need to be a designer with a broad set of UX skills. You will do everything from user research and interviews and workshops, to concept design and UI design. You have the ability to self-lead and communicate and you thrive being in a position where you have influence.
Mandatory competence and experience:
- You enjoy sharing your knowledge, methods and tools
- Post-secondary education within the field as well as experience in working agile teams with UX.
- You have good language skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
Preferred competence and experience:
- Experience from working with banking or similar
