We’re Insurello and we have developed the first digital solution that helps people claim their accident insurances money instantly online. We have been an instant hit in the market and now we’re in the process to find our UX Leadto expand and scale our products across Sweden (and later the rest of Europe/world).

Are we looking for you?

We are looking for you who want to have the ultimate responsibility for Insurello's user experience by both creating our visual identity as well as the overall feeling when using our service. This includes:

- Responsibility for the entire user experience

- UX & Design for insurello.se and our CRM tools

- Customer interviews and creation of Personas and Customer Journey's

- Creation of identity and UI architecture, including color and form

- Responsibility for all customer interactions and issues that may arise

- Your focus should be on activities that drive consumers to use the service and to create a great commitment to our product.

- You will also work close to the Tech team and the marketing manager, where we strive after always making data-driven decisions.

- Building a UX/UI-team and creating a culture which is experimental and challenging yet prioritized on delivering the best value to our growing customer base.

Requirements

- Interested in working in a start-up and working with something that has a higher purpose than just making money.

- You are ambitious and hardworking and appreciate the responsibility to work with an early stage start-up where much is changing. You are passionate about your job, your users and build a strong brand.

- You have a broad understanding of the entire UX stack, including the psychological aspects in order to create a good user experience.

- Great skills in planning, organizing, prioritizing and implementing projects while inspiring others.

- A plus is if you have previously worked with IT teams.
