We are in an exciting phase and are looking for you who want to take Vironova to the next level.
As UX Lead you will be given the opportunity to set the structure of our UX work from an early phase while being involved in designing the future for our users.
You will:
- Be an important part of Vironova's continued development and a first step in a UX function at the company. Our goal is that it shall be easy to use our applications.
- Have an overall role where you will support product owners in how to think about requirements, features and how to create the best customer experience.
- Be involved in setting up processes and flows to ensure that UX becomes an integral part of our work.
- Work hands-on with supporting our developers in how to think about design, create wireframes and mockups.
- Lead user tests and provide analysis from end users (how they use our products).
What you need to succeed:
- We think you are an experienced UX designer
- You keep track of best practices, are used to teach UX to your colleagues and are comfortable with meeting customers
- As you become the first step in a central UX function with us, it is important that you are good at structuring and prioritizing your work
- We believe that you are insightful andwant to be a UX champion in the organization
- You have a will to develop your role and the UX function of the company and take responsibility for UX in the product development organization
- An interest in and knowledge of UI

Vironova AB was founded in 2005 as a result of interdisciplinary research at the Karolinska Institute in Stockholm, Sweden and is today a fast growing company with around 100 employees including subsidiaries. We offer unique services for nanoparticle characterization together with our software solutions (VAS) for advanced electron microscopy image analysis, viral clearance studies in our own lab and a tabletop TEM system (MiniTEM) which enables automated image acquisition and data analysis for Life Sciences applications (e.g. gene therapy).
