You will be hands-on in working with UX and service design. So in your assignments, you will work with user research, understand customers' needs, write user stories, organize creative workshops. You will work with concept development and test hypotheses in iterative processes. The size of the projects will vary. Some customers have come further than others regarding UX, and then you will be able to work together with industry colleagues from the same area as yours. The customers are working in the manufacturing industry, many of them are household names

Work will occur in different constellations and will mean that you work with other skills cross-functionally. Mechanical engineers, software developers, project managers, and so on. We have a larger UX / design team in Stockholm, and there will be collaborations between this group and the one you will be part of.

You are a very outgoing person. You will also identify potential new customers and be involved in projects early to sell in UX and service design as a vital tool in their transformation and present solution proposals.

Skills needed
- You have successfully led development or change projects in service design
- Experience working with creating concepts - from customer requests to user-tested products
- Held and led workshops for intern and extern stakeholders
- Strong experience working with user research
- Worked with digi-physical products
