Job Scope:
Working for one of the world´s largest brands and consumer electronics manufacturer, your responsibility is to ensure the Samsung.com touchpoints meet expectations for consumers to discover, choose and purchase the products on Samsung.com. In this role, you will plan, execute and follow up key activities for product launches, campaigns and always-on communication across the Samsung.com channels (closed and open) for our markets in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland. You will plan and develop sales driven merchandising to package and present relevant products, upsell and cross-sell offerings on Samsung.com. Continuously analysing consumer behaviour, you will work closely with the analytics, CRO, SEO and other functions in the digital team to evaluate and identify insights and opportunities to drive the performance for your product category.
Role Tasks:
We are looking for our new star taking our Mobile Experience category to the next level.
Some of the tasks you will do:
• Plan and execution of e-commerce launches on relevant channels. This task varies between the type of launches from minor releases to major global launches where a project team is set up. These launches require travels to Poland and project lead skills, it is intense but rewarding periods of the year.
• Plan and execute e-commerce promotions. This include keeping track of your Merchandise plan, create mock-ups and user journeys and of course keep your stakeholders aligned. Communicating is key.
• Work closely with our agency in Poland, requesting updates on our sites. This is the most operative part of the job where the majority of the work is managed in Jira.
• Overall ownership of your category on our channels. Since Mobile Experience (MX) is our largest scope, the role includes identifying areas of improvement but not necessary improving everything yourself. The Onsite team consisting of other Merchandise Leads, CRO, SEO and coordinators will support whenever needed. A team work where you expect to be on top of things regarding your category.

Most relevant previous work experience:
• Passion for retail and digital sales with go to market experience.
• Previous experience with digital marketing, offers & campaigns is needed to excel in this role.
• Comfortable to navigate many stakeholders and manage to create a read thread in a fast phased environment.
• Previous experience in working with data driven initiatives to drive change & increase sales will support our journey.
• Has led large launches before
• Working with electronic consumer goods.
• Previous work in larger global organizations with several markets as your arena.
