Bannerflow is a company in hyper growth with a heavy focus on building a global, market leading SaaS solution for digital advertising. One of our greatest strengths lies in user experience and doing something very complex really easy to understand and use.
We are looking for a UX-researcher to help us to conduct research and user testing with our customers before we start developing our product development projects. You will be a key player in challenging everything we develop to ensure that it is the perfect product for the user.
You will work with a team of smart and ambitious people who are driven by success and innovation.
We have high ambitions and want Bannerflow to be mentioned in the same category as softwares like Sketch, Photoshop, Figma, After effects, Framer and Illustrator when it comes to product design – but we will do it in our way.
About the role
The product team is responsible for all product development in the company. As a UX researcher, you will have an important role in the team researching, conducting user testing and evaluating live products with our customers during the entire product lifecycle. When the development team delivers projects, you, together with the product and UX teams, will also be a part of testing and ensuring that all new products meet our high standards of user experience.
Some of your daily tasks would be:
Proactively suggesting and leading research and testing projects in-line with the product roadmap.
Create research and testing plans and carry out the interviews and tests together with product owners and UX designers.
Challenge the product and UX teams to achieve the highest level of user experience.
Summarise the results and feedback from all research initiatives.
Create test cases for user testing and perform acceptance tests.
Who you are:
You have 1-2 years experience in UX-research and are comfortable working with UX-research and user testing going forward. You are a person with drive, who is able to voice their opinions, and ensure that the customer is at the centre of everything we do. To enjoy working at Bannerflow you should be eager to learn new things and happy to take on new challenges and be a great team player. To succeed at Bannerflow, you are a born problem solver, someone who executes at high pace and quality, challenge the status quo, analytical and an organised person.
Your background and prior experiences:
You come from a similar role and have had it for a couple of years at least.
You have experience of conducting user-centric qualitative and quantitative studies using techniques such as: think aloud tests, interviews, and surveys.
You have a keen interest in the field of behavioural science and preferably some kind of training/education in this area.
You are comfortable in a cloud-based software environment and with agile development teams.
You are fluent in Swedish and English oral and written.
