UX / Service Designer, Connected services
In the role of UX / Service Designer you will lead the work with service design and UX for in-car connected services in close collaboration with our developer team as well as business and brand stakeholders. You will secure a hassle free and secure user experience for connected services, consistent with the L&C brand. You will be a part of Lynk & Co Connectivity team based in Gothenburg, Sweden and report to the Lynk & Co Connectivity Director.
What you'll do
- You will be a key contributor in the whole process from ideation, research, and prototyping to hand-off to developers. Depending on stage this will involve creating concepts, user journeys, mockups and final designs and wireframes.
- You will secure user centric services are developed in line with driver distraction frameworks and key usability aspects in mind.
- You will build and maintain the UX component library/framework for in car app development; icons, fonts, colors etc to ensure efficient and consistent UX development in line with Lynk & Co brand.
- You will conduct usability testing and collect and analyze usage data and user feedback
What you should have
- Experience in a UX / Service design related position, preferably within the automotive sector
- Good prototyping skills - experience with Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, Sketch or similar tools.
- Experience in usability testing and collecting/analyzing usage data and user feedback
- Basic knowledge in creation of digital services and software development in general
- Good communication skills in Swedish and English
