UX/UI Designer

Clinic24 is a platform used by doctors, nurses and other care providers when caring for patients. The platform is both used by solely digital care providers as Doktor24, as regions that use the platform to increase accessibility to healthcare for patients.

As a part of the Clinic-team you will have a key role in initiatives, from start to finish, and work closely together with the Product Manager, developers and other UX designers in order to deliver a great experience for the users.
You have an overall understanding of the full UX process (Understanding the problem + Defining a solution that solves that problem). While you will be working closely together with a UX designer who has their strength within user research and defining problems, your main responsibilities will be defining and designing the solutions. Moving iteratively from low fidelity mock-ups to final design.

You will also be a part of our kind and competent UX team with fellow designers and researchers. In the team we share our work, give feedback, collaborate in projects across our different products, and are always happy to support each other.
We are a diverse and inclusive team that likes spending time together both during work and after. We have weekly meetups, various collaboration projects, and do fun activities together.

This position is based in Stockholm, in our central office close to the Central Station.

Responsibilities

- Designing flows and interactions that solves the users’ problems and caters to their needs. From low-fidelity sketches to hi-fidelity pixel perfect mockups.
- Iteratively validating ideas and designs with users to ensure designs are engaging and usable.
- Refine solutions together with the dev team and specify your designs


To be a good fit we believe you..

- Have 3 years of experience in UX/UI- or interaction design work.
- Master Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or other visual design tools.
- Have great interaction design and visual design skills and up to date with latest UI trends.
- Are able to present your designs, concepts and ideas and explain the design decisions behind them.
- Have experience from software design and working in agile teams.
- Are curious and good at including both users and colleagues in your work through a pedagogical approach.
- Have experience/ knowledge about accessibility standards and best practices
- Bonus: Have experience in creating/ maintaining Design systems.
- Bonus: experience from user research.
- And maybe most importantly: You are a kind person.
