About the assignment:

Description
You will assist the client in discovery and research when it comes to:
- Their co-worker journey when it comes to creating and maintaining content
- Actively research the customer experiences that they have and that are planned for their touch points, to see where the cms would be needed in order to support these customer journeys.
Mandatory competence and experience:
- Good balance between UX and UI and experience working with customer journeys
- Figma knowledge and experience working with CMS tools
- Familiar with design systems
- Good understanding of customer journeys
- Good communication skills- Good collaboration skills, both with team members as well as across teams
- Used to teaming up with other UX designers and developers
- Able to integrate user testing process into the workflow
- Encourage stakeholders to prioritize solutions that bring value to the users
- Work independently
- Ability to prioritise day to day work
