Key Responsibilities

As a UX/UI Designer you will be involved in the entire design process from beginning to end. The mission is to turn complex and very domain-specific solutions into simple, user-friendly and attractive experiences. You will scope and plan UX projects and transform ideas and visions into reality.

You will conduct interviews with our users, to understand their needs, behaviors and requests. You will work across a variety of solutions that support both internal users and our external customers. The work will span across multiple solutions. You will therefore collaborate with team members from different departments and collaborate closely with product owners and engineering managers to work towards fulfilling the product vision. You will brainstorm ideas and create concepts together and provide the developers with mockups and detailed wireframes.

In this role you will be taking the lead in improving and continuing to develop our UX and UI design processes. At KGH you will work across geographical and cultural borders that will enable you to build a strong professional network. We have plenty of challenges for you to take on and you will be provided with opportunities to broaden your knowledge as well as your technical and professional foundation.

Improving our customer experience is highly prioritized. We are looking for a curious and ambitious designer with the ability to map and transform our internal user experience while aligning it with our customer experience.

Excellent communication and presentation skills are required to manage stakeholders across departments. Due to the nature of the work you will work with different parts of our organization which requires an ability to adapt to different ways of working. Flexibility and problem-solving are key traits that will help you thrive in the role.

We look beyond your resume, but we think you have:

- Experience from working with designing web solutions in a technically complex environment
- Experience from working with design tools, preferably Figma or similar
- Experience in creating and working with design systems and/or UI component libraries
- Ability to simplify and turn complex interactions into great user experiences
- Strong written and verbal skills in English
