UX/UI designer with excellent understanding of app design

With our client, you will be responsible for brainstorming new solutions and create fantastic, engaging and intuitive solutions, with a focus on creating a new app for our client. This job also includes:


* Leading discovery meetings together with the team and stakeholders
* Using analytics to make informed data-driven recommendations
* Creating beautiful, engaging and selling app designs
* Developing and maintaining our client´s atomic design system for app
* Working with cross-functional teams to set requirements
* Researching features and technologies to support usability recommendations.
* Creating responsive wireframes, interactive prototypes and flows to communicate and test solutions
* Making presentations to internal and external stakeholders
* Collaborating with development teams to clarify specifications
* Iterating existing designs, improving and pushing them to the next level
* Staying on top of design trends, new developments and keeping a look out of what’s happening in the industry


VI SÖKER DIG SOM
You who have:


* A Degree within design
* A minimum of 1 year of experience with an excellent understanding of app design (iOS & Android) as well as web design, usability and working within brand guidelines
* Good knowledge of relevant tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch and Figma
* Fluency in English, both written and spoken


For this position we require both a personal letter and motivation for the position and a portfolio including samples of work outlining business needs and proposed solutions.

As a person we find that you have excellent communication skills – you are able to relate to stakeholder groups including clients, developers and executive management. We believe that you take sharp attention to details and the ability to prioritize and organize work to meet commitments in multiple initiatives at the same time.
