UX/UI Lead Designer

IDEAL OF SWEDEN is looking for a UX/UI lead designer with strong characteristics of creative design and project management coupled with a business mindset. Together with the Creative department, you will be responsible for the overall global brand image, establishing creative direction of the company as well as developing and continuously updating our brand standard. Furthermore, you will be part of securing company-wide brand consistency and much more.

Responsibilities

• Be our first in-house UX/UI designer
• Lead the UX/UI design process and projects in cross-function with other departments and stakeholders throughout the company including CEO, E-com Director.
• Responsible for all steps included in the UX/UI design process – everything from creating and presenting wireframes to final feature designs set to maximize CR and business goals.
• Responsible for continuously developing and updating our brand guide in terms of GUI on site and hence,
• Play a vital role in this year’s redesign of our website.

Essential Characteristics

• A degree in UX/UI design, communication, or other related fields.
• 3 year+ of work experience in relevant field, preferably in the e-com fashion- and lifestyle industry.
• Exceptional creativity, innovation, and organizational skills.
• An understanding of the latest trends and a commercial mindset
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment.
• Excellent communicator and a team player.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Sketch, or Figma
• Frontend developer experience is a plus.
• Fluency in English
