Galderma is expanding, building a new plant, and we need motivated team members to ensure powerful scaling up of production processes and development of new products and processes.
You will be in the unique position of building the future way of working with validation and process development. As part of the Galderma Industrial Development team, you will be working close with other engineers and experts supporting current and future product flows, ensuring fulfillment of engineering standards as well as regulatory compliance for manufacturing processes and equipment, premises, media, warehouse and GxP classified computerized systems.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Develop user requirement specifications for equipment, media and facilities.
* Participate in risk management activities, including performance of risk analyses.
* Develop validation plans, protocols and report results.
* Ensure that regulatory requirements regarding qualification/validation are met.
* Develop work instructions and routines.
* Create and implement process improvements
* Participate in inspections and, if necessary, present performed validations/qualifications.
Qualifications
To ensure success in this role you need to be comfortable in a dynamic environment and be willing to learn. You have/are:
* University degree in sciences or technology or equivalent work experience
* Professional level of Swedish and English
* Manufacturing engineering education or experience, where knowledge in clean room and aseptic/sterile manufacturing and understanding of computerized systems is a plus
